Your Toddler Can Read

Ran to Home Depot this evening to see about a new toilet seat. Apparently they make full-size toilet seats with built in kiddo-size seats in the lid. Anyhow, Jody heard about these somewhere so we went to check them out. Exciting, I know.

Now, when we're out and about, Kylie will tell us when she sees a Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, etc. This is obviously just based on memorizing the logo. No big deal, right?

Well, tonight Jody and I were looking at this fancy, dual-use toilet seat when we hear Kylie talking behind us. I turn and asked her to tell me again, and she said "look, a Kohl's seat". When I looked at the label on the display, here's what I saw:

Amazing, right? While the font is similar, she picked out the KOHL and linked that back to Kohl's department store, which we frequent fairly regularly. We hadn't mentioned "Kohl's/Kohler" while there, and Kohl's certainly doesn't sell toilet seats (at least, I don't think so). After hearing it, Jody and I just kind of stared at each other for a second or two...smiling in disbelief. I asked Kylie to repeat and snapped a video with my phone:
